Rylee Horsley
Nurse Practitioner
Rylee is a mother, National Aesthetic Medicine Trainer, injection safety advocate, road cyclist and free spirit.
Rylee graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 2011. Her past experience includes; Intensive Care and Labor and Delivery. Rylee then studied at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated with her Nurse Practitioner (APRN-BC) in 2015. ​Rylee has worked exclusively in Aesthetic Medicine for 11 years, and is proud to be hyper-specialized in injections solely. She is proud to find herself travelling at least once a month out of state to training the next generation of injectors.
Rylee has a passion for artwork, design and sculpting, and that interest has aided in her ability to analyze facial contour. ​Continued training and education are imperative in this growing field. Rylee leads training sessions with other practitioners and has done many hands on cadaveric dissections. She is happy to bring progressive and forward thinking anti-aging medicine to Nebraska.
Sara Weber
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sara has been a LMT in Kearney for 9 years. Her focus is on the wellness side of massage. She applies manual work on muscle tissues to help relieve people’s pain due to acute or chronic illness, injuries, and stress. Sara also provides cupping massage, Reiki energy healing, and is newly providing sound bowl therapy.
Ashley Ourada
Registered Nurse
Ashley has worked in Emergency Care Nursing and Management rolls in Kearney throughout the years. She has a passion for forming a connection with people and genuinely enjoys caring for others. Ashley has worked as an Aesthetic Nurse for 3 years and has a wonderful following. Ashley's specialties include anti-wrinkle injections, laser based treatments , and Radiofrequency Microneedling treatments. Ash is currently finishing up her Nurse Practitioner and will graduate in May of 2026.
